Private Internet Access | Anonymous VPN Service Provider - supports Linux Mint with software in the Software Manager or Synaptic Package Manager (SPM) I have personally tried ProtonVPN and "vpn.ac" and both work very well and have Linux client software although you can use the Network Manager in your system tray. I would recommend "Private Internet Access" (PIA) they support Linux Mint and they have Linux software, or "ProtonVPN" (Swiss), "VPN.ac", "NordVPN", etc. You can use almost any VPN provider with your Linux Mint system. They also seem to want or require adding a browser extension add-on? As for a secure passwords manager, I would recommend KeePassXC. What makes you want to use the Dashlane VPN provider? I do not see any Linux options for this VPN provider although if they provide openVPN server configuration files, then you could use it.

I just read your post and the good replies to it.
